This Quality Systems Workbook has been produced by the BARQA Outreach Working Party and is free to download here.
The aim of the Workbook is to provide tools and a practical approach to developing a Quality System that works for the user.
The Workbook concentrates on the core, underlying principles of quality which are pivital - explicitly or implicitly - to all quality management standards that impact on research development.
